Running a blog can be a satisfying experience especially if it’s a blog that teaches. Just before we can start teaching we must figure out just how to build it and what platform were going to be on. Let’s examine a few things that we need to discuss in order to build our Empire blog or website.
Your blog generally includes a few basic parts. The primary blog title, which describes what the blog is about and tells viewers the general topics they’ll find there. The blog can also get multiple posts or small articles which are dated and feature the bi-collection of the author. Finally, the blog will include a comments section where readers can post comments on a blog entry and interact with each other too. Additionally, most blogs could have social sharing mechanisms where readers can share the data on their Facebook, Twitter, Google and other social media accounts.
If you’re struggling about what to create about, why not write a review in regards to a YouTube video that you enjoyed, or blog about a news item that interests you or you could even write about a pastime or interest such as cooking or football, as chances are, there are countless other people who will also share your love of this too. You could even create a blogging tips site to provide a chance for others to have interaction with you over a given topic.
Again I could see you asking; how do I blog? Well, there are some free blogging platforms online like blogger, Tumblr, blog, Jux, WordPress, Posterous Spaces and Weebly. Some are better than others and also to pick one is generally a matter of your own preference. However, I’ve used a couple of them and would most definitely recommend WordPress due to its versatility and functionality. There are several sites which are offering video tutorials that tells you all that you should know about WordPress from set up, themes, plug-ins, affiliate marketing and much, so I wouldn’t worry to much about knowing how to proceed here.
Imagine writing the very best article you wrote in your own life, only to have absolutely no one read it. Most of us never really think that this title is that important. We usually relate the title to something which has to do with the article and by far, that is the ideal solution. However, you should make it compelling enough for your personal reader so that they will actually select it to engage in your article. Before you formulate your headline, do a keyword search to find out how many competing websites are targeting those keywords; you should use phrase like “How Can I blogging website?” Try to look for fewer websites that are actually targeted your phrase. In case you have 900 million websites targeting a particular keyword or phrase, it’s extremely hard or else impossible, being new at blogging that you’re actually going to progress up to the top associated with a search engine.
When you first design your website, try and make an attractive website as you want people to not only read your content but indulge in the appearance of your website also. I’ve been to some websites that look horrible and it doesn’t take me long to move on to another website. Most websites which can be disgusting in appearance only holes a person’s interest for 3 seconds roughly. Not a lot of time and energy to read any content therefore you get the drift at this point don’t you?
Social media is a very big problem these days, just look at the young kids walking around because of their cell phones crossing the street looking down and not look up. Many of them are texting or chatting on Facebook or some other social networking media. When you start targeting Facebook and other social networking media for example Pin, Tweeter, LinkedIn among others. Try not to just overwhelm all of them with all sorts of marketing. Remember, the majority of these people are your friends and relations and they planning to simply ignore your post. A post here and there appealing will get them moving as you go along, and it will get them to such as your website and start promoting it on their wall.
